THE PURPOSEof this study is to trace the relationship of personality to social deviancy among adolescents. In particular, the association of delinquency, minority group status, low socioeconomic status, broken homes, and failure in school with personality patterns among Kentucky boys and girls of high school age is the subject of analysis.
